How can you close the door if there is no key?

It all depends on the type of lock. There are no problems with systems that slam shut. With others, the task of closing the door is more difficult. But nothing is impossible.

If the lock has a handle that moves down or up, then any metal pipe will be needed. You can use a mop pipe. Tape the pipe to the handle so that it points toward the floor. Then the door simply closes - and that’s it, it can no longer be opened. The pipe will simply hit the floor when you try to press the handle.
